Shipping & Return Policy

Count on us for reliable service. Generally, if your order is in stock, it will ship within 24 hours, and very often the same day if ordered before 1:00pm EST (M-F). We only charge standard UPS rates for shipping, without additional “handling” charges. We use UPS and FedEx for best service.

Please note, in order to receive commercial shipping rates you must have a separate business entrance to the shippng address and you must provide a company or organization name. Orders not meeting this qualification will be shipped and charged as Residential and the difference automatically added to your charges.

If you need to return your merchandise for any reason, please notify oIl-store.com within 7 days of receipt. Item must be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt of goods unless otherwise noted below.

Items Damaged in Transit: All damage claims must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Please save all of the shipping boxes if the item(s) were damaged in shipping. The shipping company (UPS/FedEx) may inspect the merchandise and the boxes in which they were shipped. Please call (1-800-333-5387) or email our customer service department (orders@purvisbros.com) for any damaged/defective items and we will work to make sure the problem is promptly resolved. You are responsible for the return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective. Please allow approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.
